Every piece is printed or embroidered when you order it by our production partner, Printful. Production takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships.

Where we ship and how much

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars. For orders shipped to Canada we charge GST or HST (at your province's rate) at checkout; it is shown before you pay.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size details before ordering, or ask us first.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
